Connor's trouble with being gassy has dramatically improved leading to an increase in sleep for us. The pediatrician changed his formula on his first visit Wednesday and it seems to be helping a lot. At his visit, Connor weighed in at 6 lbs. 13 oz.
We've found that Connor really likes "belly time". During belly time we lay him on his belly (obviously) so he can work on strengthening his muscles. Victoria also reads to him during this time. He is stronger than I would have thought. He can hold his head up looking straight ahead for 2 & 3 minutes at a time. He can also kick and push with his legs pretty well. Wednesday during belly time it appeared as though he was attempting to roll over. This all gives me some hope that he may only have some minor neuromotor effects from the cyst.
This weekend Connor's Nonna is coming to help out while I study for a final exam in one of my courses. Hopefully that will give Victoria a chance to get some rest.

Hey guys, it's cousin Tracey. He is beautiful (or should I say Handsome!!). Katie wants to tell you that "Conner is so cute"! (FYI: She prays for Conner every night when we say her prayers, hasn't missed a night since we came to see him at the hospital!)I'm so glad ya'll are doing well and got to come home!! Just wanted to let ya'll know that we've been thinking of you and to let you know that there is an end to the sleepless nights, they don't last forever. They'll be over before you know it and then you will have trouble remembering how bad they really were!! They are 100% worth it though, aren't they. Well, we hope we can see the little angel soon. Let us know when it's ok for him to have visitors. I know he shouldn't be around kids for awhile because of the germs! But when he's able, we'll come for a visit. Take Care, Tracey
